You have to do offers initially, but this is a no credit card site, so if that was the problem, you should be able to do something. The best thing is though... you only have to do offers once, and you can order as many times as you want through this site. Once you finish your offers, you just need to refer people. That's the hard part, seeing as most people think these are scams. Word of advice though... stay away from the sites that make you put in your zip code and then wade through pages of crap before you even get to the real offers page. They do payout, but it's not very good.
