Some of them are legitimate offers, but you have to sign up for junk mail, and usually have to forward to at least two friends.

Personally, I don’t think it’s worth the trouble. It’s also sometimes difficult to tell which offers are legitimate, and which ones are scams.

I don’t think I could take the time to sort through all the emails, then spend 15-20 minutes answering questions. All to qualify for a gift card.

Paid surveys are lucrative, however. The trick is associating yourself with the right survey provider and being able to devotre a couple hours each day to completing the surverys. Surveys can be lengthy, and they have tricky questions designed to validate your other answers, so wisking through the thing in 2 minutes to get your money is difficult.

Yes, and it’s a gimmick! They give you all of these offers, and you check yes or no . . . and it goes on forever. Finally they tell you to pick from several offers, and if you do not pick any, it tells you that you have to accept at least one offer to get your card. Another site, told me that they would send me the gift card if I would give them my credit card number to verify my status. Of course, I didn’t . . . this one was a scam. My advise is that if you think something is too good to be true . . . it is.

It’s a scam.. There are many forum threads about this on : You’ll end up with a subscription to something you don’t want and no gift card! If you want legit surveys that pay go to or Google: “Pinecone Research Banner” to find one of their banners so you can sign up with them. Both of these are paid survey sites but you only get between $1-$5 for most surveys..
