I am always scared to click on it, in case, its a virus etc., but I get those things all the time.

How many question do you want to answer.Then when you think it is about over you have to buy something then you still don’t get anything.All remember there is nothing in this world FREE it cost something,time,money or something.If it looks to good to be true then it probity is not. And the answer to your question is sometimes but not very often.

I get them all the time as well. They usually take you to a site that you have to purchase other things in order to get your free gift card same as the free laptops. Just discard them.
