Complained to PacSun.think I’ll get a gift card for free?

I recently asked a question about my jeans from PacSun which smelled like gas. I washed them multiple times but the smell never went away. I’m going to send an e-mail to the people at PacSun saying that I’m very disappointed with the jeans and that I now can’t return them. Do you think they’ll give me a free gift card? I’d like one to get a new pair of jeans in a different shade that DONT smell like chemicals. Should I ask for one? Will they even read my e-mail?

maybe but i think youd have better luck personally going into the store of purchase and talking to the manager. bring the jeans and a receipt if you have one. my friend returned jeans because the design faded after 1 wash and they gave her a store credit

But yeah they should read every complaint they recieve.

it depends on there policy…..victoria secret& starbucks do! but if you go to the store and the manager is a nice person and you are not too evil or passive you probably will!
